A house for gathering

Picture a large, charming house four minutes' walk from a fine-sand beach. A walled, south-facing garden where the children run barefoot. A fifty-square-metre pergola terrace where evening drinks stretch into supper. A wood stove crackling when the light goes — and room enough for everyone.

Ker Paravel is one hundred and fifty square metres of contemporary house, bright and quietly composed, at the heart of the Fourberie quarter just outside the village of Saint-Lunaire. Four bedrooms, sleeping ten, with a ground-floor master suite. Built for the holidays that bring the generations together.

Garden, beach, golf, the customs paths. Dinard and Saint-Malo a few minutes away. And above all: a real home to share, from the oldest to the youngest.

07 — Practical

Before you come

A few things to plan around. Write to us for anything else.

Check-in is between 4 and 8 pm. The local concierge team meets you on site — the keys, a full tour of the house, and time to answer any questions. Departure is before 10 am — the team comes back to collect the keys.

The house sleeps up to ten across four bedrooms: a ground-floor master suite (double bed, en-suite), two upstairs double bedrooms, and an upstairs bunk-bed dormitory for four. A travel cot, an infant mattress and a high chair can be added at no extra cost. Minimum stay: three nights.

Household linen is included: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Everything is ready when you arrive.

A €1,500 deposit is held at booking and released after departure, once the end-of-stay clean (included) is done. For stays longer than fifteen nights, a mid-stay clean is required at €180. The local tourist tax is collected according to the Saint-Lunaire rate.

Up to thirty days before arrival, cancellation is free and the stay is fully refunded. Within thirty days, the full stay is due — only the cleaning fee and tourist tax are refunded. No refund is possible for an early departure. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.

The house is non-smoking and pets are not accepted. The wood stove is in use October to March, and the barbecue is available year-round.

Ker Paravel is first and foremost the house we made for our own family — a place where everyone gathers, where the generations cross paths, a place that carries the scent of summer. That's the spirit we share with other families.
